Project Overview

Established in early 2009, we now have over 40 registered members in our scouts group – with an equal proportion of boys and girls. The team is trained once every week, enjoying a variety of educational and recreational activities.

These classes teach children self-discipline and rigor, as well as developing their musical creativity. It provides a safe environment, in which youth from the camp can forget the many stressors in the camp, such as a constant military presence, nighttime arrests and poverty. Musical classes in general are proven to be great a benefit to young children, as it helps therapists to discover early if they suffer from psychological or mental disorders.
